  • Zero Fees: We do not charge mandatory fees for the 30-day divine energy healing sessions.

  • Voluntary Contributions: To sustain the digital infrastructure and reach more animals, voluntary "love offerings" may be made via our secured and encrypted PayPal gateway. These are strictly optional and do not constitute a "purchase" of results.

 

3. NATURE OF DIVINE HEALING (THE TECHNIQUE)

The Service provided is a method of distanced divine energy channeling.

  • Release of Liability: You agree to hold harmless and release Dr. Andrew Dutta, his heirs, and the Bhagya Ratna Foundation from any claims of malpractice, unfulfilled promises, or unintended outcomes. Use of this service is at the user’s sole discretion and peril.

 

5. VOLUNTARY PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Refunds: Since no standard fees are charged, "refunds" are not applicable. If you have chosen to make a voluntary donation, these are generally considered non-refundable contributions to the Foundation's mission.

  • Discontinuance: You may request to stop the healing service at any time by notifying us via email.

 

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, to the exclusion of all other courts.
